Please describe the work your charity does in general terms and it's history. Include the need for your work and any success you have had. Give an outline of the financial situation, include income and expenditure and evidence your financial stability.

We do not give funding to core costs only to specific projects. Include budgets and methods of how you plan to achieve your aims.

Give specific target outcomes, for example, in terms of numbers of people helped and degree of improvement to those people’s lives.

How will you report on the project both internally and externally. How will you implement learning from the successes and failures.
